Exhibitor Prospectus for Regularly Scheduled Scientific Meetings

The Houston Dermatological Society (HDS) was established for the advancement and study of dermatology in the Greater Houston Area. Its membership is comprised of over 200 practicing dermatologists and residents and fellows of the local Dermatology training programs at the Texas Medical Center.
HDS averages 75 physician attendees at the 9 scientific meetings that are traditionally held on the first Monday of the month. HDS hosts an ethics CME program each January, and a social event in July to recognize our residents and fellows.

Exhibitor Packages

1. ______Gold-$5,000 (per meeting)

a) Exhibitors are acknowledged on the invitation that is mass emailed to membership.

b) Company logo and link on society website

c) A 4-6ft table will be arranged for display during reception.

d) Face time with membership during reception, three representatives permitted to attend.

e) Copy of the meeting attendee roster with office address and office phone.

2.______ Gold Plus – $9,000 (2 meetings, excluding Knox, in the same calendar year)

Gold package plus the following:

a. Opportunity to support an additional society event within the same calendar year at the reduced rate of $4,000.

3.______ Annual Knox Lecture (November program)-$ 6,500

a. Exhibitors are acknowledged on the mass emailed invitation to membership.

b. A 4-6ft table will be arranged for display during reception.

c. Face time with membership during reception, three representatives permitted to attend.

d. Copy of the meeting attendee roster with office address and office phone.

4. _____ Corporate Membership: Circle of Friends – $15,000 (per year)

a. Your company will receive special recognition at all HDS events.

b. Your company’s name will be listed as part of the Circle of Friends on all meeting invitations.

c. Open invitation for a maximum of three (3) company representatives to attend four (4) HDS educational meetings. Representatives must request a table to display marketing materials in advance.

d. Reduced sponsor registration for Annual Hail & Farwell social event.

e. Your company may submit up to two (2) PowerPoint slides to display during the networking reception at HDS programs.

f. HDS will provide up to two (2) sets of mailing labels for authorized mailings to members.

g. Special recognition on the HDS homepage.

h. Your company may submit educational articles to be considered for posting on HDS’s website.

i. One (1) complimentary 3-month authorized advertisement on HDS’s website.

j. Your company may add a link to the HDS website.
